Obituary:

Daniel P. Harmon, 83, of Marble Hill, MO; died Tuesday November 6, 2012 at the Chaffee Nursing Home.

He was born September 15, 1929 at Perkins, MO son of the late Thomas M. and Mary Jane Faughn Harmon. He and Frances V. Kinnard were married December 4, 1954.

Daniel was a retired bridge inspector for the former Frisco Rail Road, a Navy veteran of the Korean War and attended the Lutesville Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include; wife Frances Harmon of Marble Hill, sons, Daniel Clay ( Tammy) Harmon, Chaffee, MO, James Robert Holt, Somerset, KY a sister Mary Ella Rhodes, Arnold, MO, 6 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.

Visitation will be Friday, November 9, 2012 from 10:00 AM until service time. The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill with the Rev. Tom Bass officiating.

Interment with full military honors by the Missouri Honors Team will follow at the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
