Obituary:

Anita Lucille Colvin, age 60 of Marble Hill, died Friday, May 6, 2005 at the family home following a lengthy illness.

She was born July 7, 1944 at Berkeley, CA, daughter of Lloyd and Elsie Roberts Rowland. She married James E. Colvin, Jan. 20, 1961 in San Pablo, CA.

She had worked for the Cape County Abstract and title company as an office clerk, was a member of the Haven of Hope United Pentecostal Church in Marble Hill.

Survivors include; her husband James, a son Jim Lee Colvin, Grants Pass, Oregon, Lonna G. Haimes, Millersville, Sandra L. Owens, Jackson, one brother; Joe Rowland, State of California, one sister; Irma Smith, Myrtle Creek, Oregon and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.

Friends may call at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill Monday, May 9, 2005 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Then on Tuesday from 12:00 until 1:00 PM at the Jackson Church of the Nazarene. Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Jeff Wells and Rev. Ken Harper officiating. Burial will follow in the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
