Obituary:

Lloyd C. "Squeak" Hutson, 83, of Marble Hill died Tuesday, January 24, 2006, at his home. He was born February 20, 1922, at Delta, son of Columbus Washington and Bertha Ann Williams Hutson. He and Hazel Maxine Bollinger Hagerling were married January 24, 1948, at Lutesville, Mo.

Hutson had been a clerk at Hopkins Hardware in Marble Hill. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WW II, serving in the Asiatic Pacific and American Theaters.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Terry Hagerling of Sparta, Ill., Phillip Hutson of Marble Hill, Bradley Hutson of Altenburg, Mo.; a brother, Ellis Hutson of Grassy, Mo.; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, four brothers and a grandson.

Friends called at Hutchings Funeral Chapel for Visitation on Thursday, January 26, 2006.

The funeral service was held Friday, January 27, 2006, at the funeral home with the Rev. Michael Kelpe officiating.

Burial was in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill with rites by the Military Honors Team.
