Obituary:

Jack Lynn Wiseman, age 70, of Effingham, Illinois; passed away on Friday, October 9, 2015 at the Carle Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.

He was born November 14, 1944 in Lutesville, Missouri; son of Wilson Eric and Jattie Vesta Eaker Wiseman. He and Jackie Pohlman were united in marriage on June 26, 1965.

Jack retired from the transportation department of Southeastern Container Corporation after 22 years.

Survivors include; his wife Jackie Wiseman of Effingham, Illinois; son Jack W. Wiseman and Keith Wiseman of Effingham, Illinois; daughter Cindy (Bobby) Fulk of Effingham, Illinois; brother Charley “Pete” Wiseman of Marble Hill, Missouri; sister Ruby Nanney of Marble Hill, Missouri; three grandchildren Lacey Spicer, Brandy Fulk, Blake Fulk and one great-grandchild Coen Spicer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Leo and Wilbur Wiseman, five sisters Verona Jacobs, Oma Crites, Ruth Martin, Elta Slinkard and Opal Kastner.

Family will receive friends from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Missouri on Tuesday, October 13, 2015.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Fred Ritter Officiating. Burial will follow in the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill, Missouri.
