Obituary:

Eleanora Cleo Shell, age 90, of Marble Hill, MO, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2005 at the Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born September 24, 1914 in Lutesville, MO, daughter of Rev. Arthur L. and Willie Francis Shell.

She and Woodrow Wilson Shell were united in marriage on December 25, 1934 and he preceded her in death on July 13, 1972.

Mrs. Shell was a member of the New Sylvan General Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Survivors include one son Edward L. Shell, McClure, IL, one daughter, Euva Mae Brown, Marble Hill, one brother Alvie Shell, Doniphan, MO, one sister Gladys Elledge, Marble Hill, eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son Waymond, and one brother Truman Shell.

Visitation will be Friday, September 9, 2005 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.

Funeral service will be Saturday, September 10, 2005 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Fulbright and the Rev. Sheldon Owen officiating.

Burial will follow in the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill, MO.
