Obituary:

Clarence Ercel Mabrey, 91, of Jackson, MO, died Monday, February 25, 2008 at the Monticello House in Jackson, MO.

He was born August 17, 1916 in Drum, MO son of Henry Lee and Annie Louise Markham Mabrey. He and Velma Gladys Ross were married November 21, 1935 and she died December 31, 2001.

He retired from Wagner Electric as an Electrical Transformer Builder and attended the Marvin Park United Methodist Church of St. John's, MO.

Survivors include; two brothers Harold Richard Mabrey of Ballwin, MO, Don Mabrey of St. Louis, one sister, Avis Allmon of Whitewater, MO and two grandchildren Christopher and Darren Mabrey.

He was preceded in death by one son Billy Lee, one brother Gerald and two sisters Faye Settle and Oma Lee Herwig.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 28, 2008 from 9:00 AM until service time at the Liley Funeral in Marble Hill. The funeral will be at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jim Corbin officiating. The burial will be in the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
