Obituary:

Alma Eva Eaker, age 97, of Marble Hill, died Saturday, Nov. 18, 2006 at the St. Francis Medical Center.

She was born Mar. 19, 1909 in the Club Creek Community of Bollinger County daughter of Ralph and Maggie Shell Wiseman. She and Lee Eaker were married Aug. 13, 1925 and he died Feb. 20, 1989.

Mrs. Eaker was a member of the Point Pleasant General Baptist Church and a home maker.

Survivors include; sons, Levi Eaker, Farmington, MO, Weldon Eaker, Fenton, Mo, one daughter Euetta Ford, Marble Hill, seven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by four brothers and 1 sister.

Friends may call Monday, November 20, 2006 at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at 11:00 AM at the Liley Funeral Home with the Rev. Gene Robbins officiating; Burial will follow in the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
