Obituary:

Earl Norman Hurst, age 88, of Marble Hill, MO; passed away on Monday, January 11, 2016 at his residence.

He was born October 29, 1927 in St. Louis, Missouri son of John Bell and Ethel Mae Cody Hurst. He and Ina Mae Cook were united in marriage on July 6, 1945 and she passed away on May 14, 2013.

Mr. Hurst worked for ALCO Controls as an engineer and was a member of the Little Whitewater Baptist Church.

Survivors include: daughters Gwen (Wayne) Klinckhardt and Diana (Gary) Nack of Marble Hill, MO; grandchildren Grant Nack, Christopher Klinckhardt, Heather Kozicky, Julie Wellman, and Megan Smith and four greatgrandchildren.

Preceding him in death was his wife Ina, daughter Cindy Reller, parents, brother Billy and sister Rose Mary Williamson.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 13, 2016 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton.

Funeral Services will be Thursday at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with Rev. Don Slatton officiating. Interment will follow in the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
