Jerry Don Long, age 62, of Marble Hill, MO, died Wednesday Oct. 27, 2004, at the Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born January 9, 1942 at Marble Hill, MO, son of Rev. Florence William and Alma Marie Welker Long.
Mr. Long worked at his father’s Saw Mill until he became disabled.
Survivors include: one son Brian Scott Long, Marble Hill, one daughter Robin Blevins, Marble Hill, two brothers Winford and Junior Long both of Marble Hill, four grandchildren Ashley, Scottie, Kylah Long and Baby Girl Blevins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be Friday, Oct. 29, 2004 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill. Funeral Services will be Saturday at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home with Brother Robert Dudley officiating. Burial will follow in the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
