Obituary:

Clarence Andrew Kelso, 74, of Advance, Missouri, passed away December 11, 2015, at the Advance Nursing Center.

He was born October 14, 1941, at Bell City, Missouri, the son of Harvey and Dorothy Proffer Kelso. Clarence and Marie Garner were united in marriage May 4, 1984, at Bell City, and she survives of the home.

Clarence worked 32 years for Union Pacific Railroad. He loved farming, hunting and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Marie Kelso of the home; two daughters, Melissa Ann (Dale) Remerscheid of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, and Tammy (Chuck Marley) Luechtefeld of St. Louis; a sister, Arbutis "Bootie" Sansagraw of Jackson; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.

Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance.

A funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. today at the chapel, with the Rev. Matt Craft officiating. Burial will be at Bollinger County Memorial Park in Marble Hill, Missouri.
