Obituary:

Pamela Diane Stratman age 56, of Grassy, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at the Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

She was born June 25, 1959 in East Saint Louis, Illinois; daughter of William E. and Shirley Jean Poe Walsh Sr. She and Darryl Stratman were united in marriage on October 27, 1976.

Pamela worked as a waitress for the 3-way Café, Bond Nursing Home, The Sandwich Shop, Town and Country as a cook and in the Deli, Woodland Steak House and as a teller for Security Bank and Bank of Missouri. She also served as a volunteer firefighter and was of the catholic faith.

Survivors include her husband Darryl of the home; son Darryl (Heather) Stratman Jr of Grassy, Missouri; daughter Jeannie James of Marble Hill, Missouri; brothers William E. Walsh Jr. of Valley Park, Missouri; Edward James Walsh of South Bend, Indiana; John Anthony Walsh and Mark Anthony Walsh both of Columbia, Illinois; sisters Dorothy Jane Hornacek and Linda Kay Mansfield of Waterloo, Illinois; Mary Elizabeth Stephens of Marble Hill, Missouri; five grandchildren Amber Jean James, Megan Marie Moore, Dimitri Lee James, Natalie Ann Smith and Ty Duane Stratman.

She was proceeded in death by her parents and brother Michael Joseph Walsh.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to help the family with expenses.

Visitation will be Friday, April 15, 2016 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.

Funeral Service will be Friday, April 15, 2016 at 5:00 PM at the funeral home with the Rev. Fred Ritter officiating.
